Why there are two invoices

An order is paid in two stages, so you only ever pay for what has been confirmed.

The first invoice is for the items: each item's cost plus the handling fee, priced in Naira. You settle it, and we purchase your items in the UK.

The second invoice is for shipping. We issue it only once your items are with us and have been weighed, so it is based on the real combined weight of your items, not an estimate. Shipping is passed through at cost, with no mark-up. How shipping is quoted explains it.

Together, these two invoices are the whole cost of your order, including customs and clearance in Nigeria. As long as you collect on time, there is nothing further to pay; late collection may incur storage charges.

How payment works covers how to pay each invoice.
