If you hold account credit, it can go toward settling an invoice. Credit is held in Naira, and it does not expire.
It is not applied automatically. When you have an invoice to settle and want to use your credit, tell us through your order messages and we will apply it to that invoice, up to the amount outstanding. It is never paid out as cash.
