It depends on the method. Air freight is typically 5 to 7 days once it ships; sea freight is typically 6 to 8 weeks once it ships. These are typical timeframes, not guarantees, and customs clearance can affect them. You can follow your order's progress on your order page, and we notify you by email at each stage. WhatsApp is available if you would rather reach us there.

We fix your exchange rate at the point of invoicing, and it includes a small buffer against currency movement between invoicing and purchase. On top of that is our handling fee, which covers sourcing and handling your order. Every quote is itemised: item cost, the rate applied, and our handling fee, so you can see exactly what you are paying.

We ship most categories, from industrial machinery and commercial equipment to furniture, homeware, electronics and specialist items. We cannot carry liquids over 100ml, aerosols or flammable sprays, loose lithium batteries, perishables, or anything prohibited by Nigerian customs. Items that contain batteries, such as laptops and phones, and electronics like televisions can ship, but may carry an extra battery-check or clearance charge. If you are uncertain, send us the details and we will advise.

Yes, but they need enough notice. We quote within one working day, so a lot ending sooner may close before we can act. We cannot guarantee a purchase on a listing ending within twenty-four hours, and we cannot be responsible for one that closes before your payment is confirmed. If a listing is time-sensitive, message us directly with the deadline.

Every item is inspected and photographed at our UK warehouse before it ships, and you see those photographs on your order page. If an item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery or collection with photographs. What happens then depends on the cause: if we sourced the wrong item we put it right at our cost; if the seller misrepresented it we take it up with them for you but cannot guarantee the outcome, particularly on final-sale items from private sellers, auctions and marketplaces; and an item we sourced correctly is not returnable for a change of mind. Any refund we make is to account credit.

Payment is made by standard Nigerian bank transfer in Naira. We issue a formal invoice with our account details once your quote is confirmed. We never request payment before issuing an invoice.
