Payment is made by standard Nigerian bank transfer, in Naira. There is no need for a UK card or any foreign-exchange arrangement.
When your quote is confirmed, we issue a formal invoice with our account details. Pay it by bank transfer, then upload your payment confirmation on the invoice page. We verify it within one working day and confirm by email, and only then do we purchase your items. We never ask for payment before we have issued an invoice.
Your transfer must be made from a bank account in your own name, the same name that is on your Importise account. A payment from a different name may be delayed or rejected while we carry out security checks.
There are two invoices over the life of an order: one for the items and, later, one for shipping. If you hold account credit, it can be applied toward an invoice; see Account credit explained.
