Account credit is a balance held on your Importise account, in Naira. It can come from a cancellation refund or from a goodwill credit we apply. It does not expire.
You can see your balance and its full history on your profile: every entry, with the reason and a running balance, so you can see where credit came from and how it was used.
Credit is not applied automatically. When you have an invoice to settle and want to use your credit, tell us through your order messages and we will apply it to that invoice, up to the amount outstanding. Credit is never paid out as cash; it is spent against what you owe on current or future orders.
If an order is cancelled after you have paid, your refund is issued as credit rather than a cash return. Cancelling an order covers when that applies.
