Shipping is passed through to you at cost, with no mark-up. Our freight partner quotes us a price based on the greater of your items' actual or volumetric weight (so a light but bulky order is charged on its size). Your shipping invoice also includes any charges to bring your order into Nigeria, such as customs and clearance, and any charges that apply to particular items, for example extra checks for goods containing batteries or extra clearance for televisions.
Our margin is the handling fee on the items; we do not mark up freight. What the handling fee covers explains it.
We issue the shipping invoice only once your items are with us and have been weighed, so it is based on your real items, not an estimate.
The shipping payment covers the charges to bring your order into Nigeria. As long as you collect within three working days of the arrival notice, there is nothing further to pay; late collection may incur storage charges.
