As standard, your order is collected from our agent's office in Lagos. We confirm the exact address when your order arrives, and you bring a valid ID to collect it. Please collect within three working days of the arrival notice; after that, storage charges may apply.
If you need onward delivery to another city in Nigeria, it can be arranged, but it must be arranged in advance, before your order ships, and it carries an additional fee quoted separately. It is not automatic and is not included in your shipping invoice. Very small orders are collection-only from our Lagos office and cannot be sent onward.
There is nothing to pay when you collect on time. Your item and shipping invoices are the full cost, including customs and clearance in Nigeria. Late collection may incur storage charges.
