What happens if something is wrong

Every item is inspected and photographed at our UK warehouse before it ships, and you see those photographs on your order page. If an item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery or collection, with photographs, through your order messages.

What happens next depends on the cause:

  • If we sourced the wrong item, the wrong product, model, colour or quantity, that is our error, and we put it right at our cost.
  • If the correct item was ordered but the seller misrepresented it, for example undisclosed damage, missing parts or a counterfeit, we make reasonable efforts on your behalf to resolve it with the seller. We cannot guarantee the outcome, particularly with private sellers, auctions and marketplaces, where our recourse is limited. What final-sale means and why explains why.
  • If we sourced exactly what you asked for in the condition described, the sale stands and the item is not returnable for a change of mind.

Any refund we make is issued as account credit; we do not offer cash refunds after delivery. Account credit explained covers how credit works.
