After your items are received at our United Kingdom warehouse, we inspect them and photograph exactly what we received. Those photographs are shown on your order page. That is your Inspection Report.
The report confirms that we have sourced the correct items. It is a confirmation, not an approval or cancellation step; your order continues toward shipping either way.
If you believe we have sourced any incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of the inspection notification through your order messages. If we do not hear from you, your order continues toward shipping.
We notify you when your Inspection Report is ready, by email and on your order page.
