You start an order by submitting your requirement: for each item, add a link to the product page where you have one, or a description where you do not. Auction lots, private-seller items and one-off goods often have no fixed link.
Time-limited listings, auctions and marketplace items with a closing time, need enough notice for us to quote and for you to settle before the listing ends. We quote within one working day, so anything ending sooner than that may close before we can act. We cannot guarantee we will purchase a lot ending within twenty-four hours, and we cannot be responsible for a listing that closes before your payment is confirmed. If something is time-sensitive, tell us, message us directly rather than relying on the normal flow.

When you submit, we prepare a quote within one working day. How quotes work explains what it contains.
You need an address on your profile before you can place an order. We keep it for our records; orders are collected from our agent's office in Lagos, not delivered to it.
