When your account is approved, you are given an account number: a short five-character reference, for example A2352.
It is how we identify you on our system: your orders, and your goods at our United Kingdom warehouse. You do not need to do anything with it.
Your account number does not change. You can find it on your profile, and we may ask for it if you contact us.
