What we can and can't source

We source most categories of goods from UK retailers, websites and private sellers: furniture, homeware, electronics, machinery and commercial equipment, and specialist or collectible items.

We cannot purchase or ship items prohibited by our Terms: weapons, firearms and ammunition; hazardous or flammable materials; illegal drugs and controlled substances; counterfeit goods and pirated media; anything prohibited by UK or Nigerian law; and perishable food.

An item that cannot be posted to us must be collected in person, which is London-based as standard. For something outside London, ask us and we'll quote it case by case.

There are practical carrier limits too, for example on liquids over 100ml, aerosols and flammable sprays, and loose lithium batteries. Items that contain batteries, and electronics such as televisions, can ship but may carry an extra check or clearance charge.
